Blue Cooked Brown Aluminum Oxide

  • Brown molten aluminum oxide turns blue after calcining at a certain high temperature. The existing impurities in the abrasives will be separated or vaporized. The surface of each particle becomes thicker, which greatly improves the hydrophilicity of the abrasive grains. After firing, the microcracks that entered the breaking process can be removed, thus improving the toughness, strength and wear resistance of the abrasive.
Óxido de aluminio fundido Marrón
  • It has higher strength, higher hydrophilicity, can eliminate abnormal expansion during abrasive firing, can prevent mesh / crack map cracks and rust stains from burned abrasives. Suitable for top grade coated abrasives and bonded abrasives.
