Monocrystalline aluminum oxide (Mono Crystal Aluminum oxide) is produced in a new technical process. Its color is light blue and its apparent density is stable (F16: 1.89 g / cm3; F180: 1.65 g / cm3). Multi-particle products form naturally, rather than mechanically breaking. It has the advantages of good multi-prism cutting edge and high hardness and hardness, high grinding capacity and low grinding heat.
Can be used on vitrified, resin bonded and rubber bonded wheels. Sharpening wheels that are free of rusty stains and will not shrink. The color of the grinding wheels is light blue when the ignition temperature is between 300 ℃ and 1280 ℃. The color will be brown when the firing temperature is> 1280 ℃, but the brown color does not influence the function of the grinding wheel. It is good for crushing and cutting high hardness, high hardness such as high-speed vanadium steel, austenitic stainless steel, heat resistant alloy steel, titanium alloy steel, especially for dry mill and part grinding and processing work burned easily.
